Johnson & Associates is a family-owned business specializing in Accounting, Payroll and Tax Preparation run by Mark Johnson. With over Twenty-five years of accounting experience, our office has a lot to offer to meet your accounting, payroll and tax preparation needs.
Johnson & Associates offices are located at 239 West 400 North, Lindon, UT 84042 (located just off State Street on 400 North, directly east of the Pizza Factory)
During tax season (Jan 15 – April 15) our extended hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Regular Office hours are 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
We are available outside our normal hours by appointment
Meet the Team:

Mark Johnson MAcc, CPA, Office Manager
Mark earned his Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University in the early 90’s.
After working in local industry for a number of years, he joined his brother, Steven, in the family Tax and Accounting business started by their father, V. Douglas Johnson, in late 2002.
Mark studied for and took the CPA exam shortly thereafter, passing all four parts of the exam and became a licensed CPA in the state of Utah on February 4, 2004.
The two brothers worked to grow the business. And a few years later they acquired land and built the building where the business is currently located.
The business focuses on servicing small business and individuals in the Utah County area.
